November 2018 Leen area update

Hello residents
 
I am writing to let you know about crime in the Leen Police Beat area during November 2018.
 
We have had 2 burglaries on Denman Street West forced entry front door kitchen appliance and power tools taken, Forster Street forced entry smash window TV and video games console taken.
 
We have had 2 reports of theft from/of motor vehicle outside Tesco Express Alfreton Road and Midland Way.
 
We have had 3 offences of Criminal Damage on Lismore Close, Norwood Road and Brixton Road.
 
We have had 6 reports for theft of bicycle on Denman Street West, Norwood Road, Hartley Road, 3 of which on Midland Way around Lidl supermarket car park and student accommodations.
 
We have had 1 report for attempt robbery on Lonsdale Road.
 
We have had no reports of garage or shed break.
 
PLEASE ENSURE YOU LOCK YOUR VEHICLES AND REMOVE ITEMS FROM WITHIN
